Now the make-up that you have done is wonderful and I love how you made it look as if its scabbing over, but its too circular.You need too play around with ideas about how this has happend to your eye and try to see if you can make it look like the skin is peeling off and have the blood flow down your face and make it as almost your face is getting infected it will look anatomically correct if you do this now if dont know how but you probably do use various shades of purple, pale/dark greens, yellows to achieve the infected look also ever so lightly add a little hint of veins around your face to further the depth of infection hope this will help.
